Mode of action and pharmacological specifications:

Diproscin Mix is a combination of acetyl salicylic+ vit.C.

It has a very important role in controlling various ranges of viral and bacterial diseases symptoms. It also use to decrease heat stress in hot and dry climate as well as anti-pyretic effect in different infectious diseases which produce fever by using of Diproscin in infected poultry flocks, loss of appetite and weakness would be prevented by controlling some clinical symptoms like fever and stress. As a result of this mechanism, intake of water and food, which contains of other therapeutic agents, would be increased.

Pharmacological effects:

In viral and bacterial diseases such as: Newcastle disease, Avian-influenza, Infectious Bronchitis, Infectious Laryngotracheitis, Infectious Bursal Disease, Colibacillosis, C.R.D and/or in vaccination, waste of energy because as a defensive mechanism, body temprature would be decreased which is related to increasing of metabolism and energy production. In this case, meat and egg production would be reduced because of energy wasting. Diproscin Mix prevents waste of energy by inhibiting chemical pyrogen agents, which cause fever. Diproscin Mix in condition of heat stress and fever decreases body temperature.

Diproscin Mix affects temperature regulation center in CNS and then peripheral vasodilation decreases body temperature. Therefore it prevents panthing and alkalosis. This drug increases poultry resistance against heat stress because of existing vit.C in its formulation, so in dry and hot climate condition this drug prevents mortality rate caused by heat stress.

Diproscin Mix has a good effect on controlling of Ascites syndrom in some conditions like improper ventilation and oxygenation, heat stress height land conditions. In addition, Diproscin Mix inhibits coagulation system to conform clots in the vessels, so prevents mortality rate caused by sudden death in poultry especially in broiler.

Indications:

- In infectious diseases such as: Newcastle disease, Avian Influenza Infectious Bronchitis, Infectious Laryngotracheitis, Infectious Bursul Disease, Colibacillosis, C.R.D, Infectious Coryza and other infectious respiratory diseases.

- Controlling of fever, weakness and loss of appetite in poultry flocks.

- Ascites syndrome in poultry flocks.

- Preventing heat stress and heat shocks.

- Decreasing of vaccination stresses.

- Controlling of transportation stresses.

Dosage :

Thoroughly mix 1.5 Kg. of Diproscin Mix per ton of feed in the case of severe fever or peak of high temperature.

-Prevention: 1Kg. Diproscin mix per 1 Kg. of feed for 3-5 days.

Precaution:

Prevent direct contact with eyes and mucousal membrans.

Withdrawal time:

It should not be used 48 hours before slaughtering.

Storage:

Keep in a cool and dry place and far away from sunlight.

Packing:

2.5 Kg plastic bottle and 5Kg. Multi-layered paper bags.

temperature or infectious fever.
